How do I save my searched records for later?
If you want to save the searched record and/or searched query in UKAŽ so that you can return to it later, you can use the ‘My Favorites’ function. Furthermore, you can sort the saved records in your ‘My Favorites’ using ‘Labels’, and you can set up email alerts for saved searched queries.
How do I save a record to ‘My Favorites’
If you have a search record that you want to save for later, follow these steps:
- If you are not signed in, sign in
- To save a single record, click on the pushpin icon (next to the document name on the search results page in the icon menu on the right ; in the opened record on the right next to the document name)
- To save multiple records at once, first select the desired records on the search results page (check the boxes with the number in front of the document name) and then click on the pushpin icon in the gray bar above the search results.
How do I save a search query to ‘My Favorites’
If you have put together a search query that you want to keep for later, follow these steps:
- If you are not signed in, sign in
- When you return to the search results page for your query, click the ‘Save query’ button in the gray bar
You will be informed about the successful saving of the query in the yellow box, where the ‘Enable notifications for this query’ option will appear (after clicking on this button, you will receive an e-mail alert once a week if new records for your saved query appear in the UKAŽ).
How do I view my ‘My favorites’
If you have records or search queries saved in ‘My favorites’, you can view them this way:
- If you are not signed in, sign in
- You can then access the ‘My favorites’:
- By clicking on the round pushpin icon in the UKAŽ main menu (next to the icon for search history and language selection)
- By clicking on the ‘Menu’ option in the UKAŽ main menu and then ‘My favorites’
